The Pine River Apartments were built in 1970, nestled into the banks of the Pine River. We have four buildings 3 of which are directly on the river. There are 28 units total in the complex. B.C. Enterprises took over the apartments in 2005 and are the current owners. Extensive renovations have taken place over the years, resulting in a very pleasing and comfortable environment. We are continuously upgrading and maintaining the property, which enhances the country living experience. We offer 1 bedroom apartments at $480.00 to $510.00 per month. We have 2 bedroom apartments from $530.00 to $550.00 per month. Security deposit for any apartment is $550.00. Pet fees for approved pets are $30.00 for small dogs and cats per month. Please call for availability or further information.
